Step 1. Schedule Consult:

We will discuss your challenges and goals and determine if we are a good fit. If you would like to engage us then your next step is setting up an initial field assessment. 

Step 2. Initial Field Assessment:

On site evaluation where we assess your challenges and goals. Included in the initial assessment is a detailed Strengths,  Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats analysis within three business days of our visit. 

Step 3. Customized Three P's Game Plan (Profits, Productivity and Positivity):

Up to a six month, three phase program designed to boost profits, slash costs and create a winning culture

Partner and Co-Founder

Michael is an innovator and change agent. His first career was in the Air Force for eleven years as an Intelligence Officer working with special operations and national security affairs. Michael brings his leadership, detailed analytical skills and operational flexibility to the world of wine. He has spent the last decade in the wine industry leading all facets of a large winery including vineyard management, operations, cellar and sales. Michael will help you identify your blind spots, implement smart strategies to grow your winery profitability and increase the fulfillment of your team.

Piper Dominguez
Partner and Co-Founder 

Piper is our Chief Heart Officer. She provides a decade of experience as a master coach to quickly identify and overcome obstacles that stand in your way of success. Piper compassionately guides and assists you in revealing the unconscious patterns of sabotage leaders bring to the table when running a business and helps you build emotional strength to be a top leader for you winery and your people. She is your "tough love" accountability partner who will help you get out of your own way. Piper offers individual and group coaching in order to meet your specific wants.
